1. How can I register?

To register you can follow the next steps:
1. Go to "Membership" and click "Become a Member".
2. Enter your Email and password and select a country.
3. Select the type of an account you would like to register:
- Personal account
- Professional account
- Distributor account

2. How can I change or reset my password?

If you forgot your password:
1. Go to “My Account” and click “Lost your Password?”
2. Enter your E-mail and select “Reset Password
3. You will receive an email with a password reset link.
4. Select "Reset your password" in the email.
5. Enter your new password. Confirm your password by entering it again.
6. Select "Set Password".

3. I haven’t received my password reset email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received the password reset email:
• Check if the email is in your spam/junk mail folder.

4. I reset my password but still can’t sign in. What should I do?

If you still can’t sign in to your account after resetting your password, make sure that you:
• Use the most recent reset password email. Delete all the password emails and try resetting your password once more.
• Use the correct email address when signing in.
• Send the password reset email to the correct email address.
• Disable any auto-fill or ""Stay Signed In"" options within your browser. The saved information could be outdated.

5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by bank transfer (T/T) on a 100% prepayment basis.

6. What are the delivery conditions and shipping costs?

We usually work on an FCA/FOB basis. But if you cannot arrange logistics by yourself, we can send your parcel by EMS, DHL, or FedEx. The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your package.

7. Can I change my delivery address once the order is placed?

8. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our factory. Once it leaves our factory, the order cannot be canceled.

9. How long does it usually take to deliver an order?

We usually send orders within 2 business days.

It takes 10-17 days business days to deliver your parcel from the date of departure.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. We will provide a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to check your order status and location.

11. What is your refund policy?

We provide a full refund for the unused products, excluding the shipping fee. The refund will be issued once we receive the products. Used products are non-refundable.
