       TREMS. & Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

Article 1 (Objective)<\/b><\/p>\n

The objective of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter \u201cAgreement\u201d), in regards to registration and use of the online store www.kuberscience.com (hereinafter \u201cKuber Science Online Mall\u201d) operated by KUBER SCIENCE CO., LTD. (hereinafter \u201cCompany\u201d), is to stipulate the Company and customers\u2019 rights, responsibilities, and terms and procedures concerning the customer\u2019s user of services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 2 (Definitions)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows. Terms used in this Agreement, with the exception of those defined in Article 1, are in accordance with standard commercial practice or relevant law.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 \u201cKuber Science Online Mall\u201d refers to a virtual business place created by means of telecommunication equipment or computer in order to enable users to transact goods or services (hereinafter \u201cGoods, etc.\u201d). It also refers to the business that operates the online store.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 \u201cServices\u201d refers to all online services and other various services provided by the Company on Kuber Science Online Mall.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 \u201cUser\u201d refers to Registered Customers and guests who use the services provided by the Company in accordance to this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2463 \u201cRegistered Customer\u201d refers to a person who has consented to this Agreement and is registered on Kuber Science Online Mall in order to receive provided Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2464 \u201cGuest\u201d refers to a person who uses Services provided by Kuber Science Online Mall without registering.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2465 \u201cID\u201d refers to the email address provided by Users for usage of Services, and used by the Company for customer identification purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2466 \u201cPassword\u201d refers to a combination of letters and numbers created by the User in order to verify identification and to protect the rights of the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 3 (Statement and Modification of Terms)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 The Company shall, for easier recognition by users, display the contents of this Agreement, store name, representative, address, business registration number, and contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) on the initial homepage of Kuber Science Online Mall. Details of this Agreement may be provided in the form of a link to a separate page.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 Once a User completes the procedure for registration, the User shall be deemed to have consented to this Agreement, and the Agreement shall take effect upon registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 The Company may modify this Agreement provided that the modification does not violate any relevant laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., Regulation of Adhesion Contract Act, Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, Digital Signature Act, Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and Framework Act on Consumers, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2463 Should any modification be made to this Agreement, the Company shall announce the effective date and the reasons of such modification for 7 days prior to the effective date on the initial page of Kuber Science Online Mall, and inform Registered Customers via email. However, if the changes are disadvantageous to the Registered Customer, the announcement shall be made for 30 days prior to the effective date. In such a case, the Company shall display the contents of the modification in a clear manner to facilitate Registered Customers\u2019 understanding of the modification.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2464 The User shall be deemed to have consented to the modification if the user do not dispute within the dispute time period stated in the announcement and if the announcement states that any failure to dispute within the time period shall be construed as User\u2019s agreement to such modification.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2465 If the Company notifies Registered Customers of the contents of amendment via email to the email address registered by the Registered Customer, the Company shall be deemed to have properly notified.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2466 Registered Customers who do not agree to the modified terms can request to terminate their account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 4 (Types of Services)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 The Company provides the following Services.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Information on goods and services, execution and implementation of purchase contracts<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Emails on new products and company news<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Other services as determined by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 The contents of services provided can be modified if the Company deems it necessary for management, technical, or operation reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 4-2 (Kuber Science Online Mall Membership Service)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 The Company may provide membership service of \u2018Kuber Science Online Mall Membership Service\u2019. Details are governed by Kuber Science Online Mall Membership Service Operation Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 Kuber Science Online Mall membership operation policy (including membership benefits) will be notified through the Kuber Science Site Membership Menu and may be changed according to the company’s circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 5 (Provision and Withdrawal of Services)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 The Company shall provide Services for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless any business or technical problems arise.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 The Company may restrict usage time for certain Services or Registered Customers. In the event of such restriction, an announcement shall be made in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 The Company may temporarily suspend Services in the event of repair or inspection of telecommunications facilities, breakage in communication, or force majeure such as natural disasters.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2463 Excluding force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies, the Company shall notify Registered Customers in the event of any suspension of Services. Should Services be suspended due to force majeure, customers shall be notified immediately after the relevant issue is resolved.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2464 For any damages to the Registered Customer or a third party due to suspension of Services, with the exception of cases due to force majeure such as national emergencies, the Company is held liable. However, the Company shall not be held liable in the event that the Company provides evidence of no intention or negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2465 In the event that Services can no longer be provided due to reasons such as change in business item, abandonment of business, or company acquisition, the Company shall inform Registered Customers and compensate in accordance to the conditions stipulated by the Company. Should the Company does not publish its conditions or standards for compensation, Reward Points shall be returned to Users in the form of cash or merchandise equal in value.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 6 (Establishment of Contract of Use)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 Users may apply to become a Registered Customer after entering customer information and consenting to this Agreement provided by the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 By following the procedure for registration as determined by Kuber Science Online Mall, and by clicking \u201cAgree\u201d upon reading this Agreement, the User acknowledges his or her consent to this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 Users that register according to Sections 1 and 2 of this Article may be suspended or restricted from Services in the following cases.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Registration is made with falsified, missing, or incorrect information.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Registration is made with the purpose of harming public order and morals.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. User is obstructing the Company\u2019s legitimate business operation.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. 30 days have not passed since Registered Customer voluntarily closed his\/her account.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. The registering customer is under 16 years of age<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Other reasons deemed appropriate by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2463 The contract of customer registration takes effect once the Company\u2019s approval reaches the Registered Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2464 Any changes in customer information shall be immediately informed to the Company via methods such as the Edit Profile menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 7 (Customer Duties)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 Registered Customers shall not participate in the following activities, which are considered harmful to public order and morals.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Using a stolen ID and password<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Unauthorized usage, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of information obtained through Services provided by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Infringement of intellectual property rights and\/or other rights of a third party<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Defamation or intentional activities that harm another person<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Distribution of crime-instigating or obscene content for criminal purposes (and other activities harmful to social order)<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Unauthorized distribution or advertisement of contents unrelated to Services provided by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Hacking or spreading computer viruses to disrupt or harm information services provided by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Other activities in violation of relevant laws<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 Registered Customers are responsible for the management of their own ID and password, and are held liable for all consequences that occur as a result of user negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 In regards to use of Services, duplicate IDs are not permitted. If your ID is exposed to another person, change your password immediately and inform the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2463 Registered Customers are obliged to comply with the terms of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Article 8 (Account Termination and Suspension)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2460 Registered Customers may request to terminate their account directly on the website or by means of phone, email, etc. Account termination takes effect immediately after the request is processed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2461 The Company may restrict or suspend accounts without prior notification in the following circumstances:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. ID or password theft<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Registration made with falsified information in violation of the effective Agreement at the time of registration<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Intentional spreading of a computer virus<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Activities that threaten the order of electronic commerce, such as information theft or obstructing other users on Kuber Science Online Mall<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Activities on Kuber Science Online Mall that harm public order, violate this Agreement, and\/or violate relevant laws<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Distribution of unconfirmed or untruthful information that damages the reputation and credibility of Kuber Science Online Mall or obstructs its business<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Obstructing business by repeatedly cancelling or returning Goods, etc. purchased on Kuber Science Online Mall with no evident reason<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Obstructing business by insulting, threatening, or sexually harassing a staff member of Kuber Science Online Mall<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Obstructing the transaction order of Kuber Science Online Mall by making repeated purchases of Goods, etc. for resale purposes<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Registrations that do not comply to this Agreement nor meet the requirements set by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2462 The Company may defer approval of a user\u2019s registration request in circumstances under the following circumstances:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Shortage in facilities<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Technical difficulties<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Other reasons in which deferment is deemed inevitable<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Violations of this Agreement<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2463 Once an account is restricted or suspended, in the event that the reason for restriction or suspension occurs more than twice or remains unresolved within a 30-day period, the Company reserves the right to terminate the relevant account.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2464 In the event that the Company terminates an account, the account registration is cancelled, and the Registered Customer will be informed and given an opportunity to present a defense.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2465 In the case of Clause 3, the Company may claim damages to the Registered Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2466 In the event of withdrawal from membership pursuant to Paragraph 1 of this Article or suspension of membership pursuant to Paragraph 2, member\u2019s information shall be processed as follows.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. 1. The information of the withdrawn member will be deleted after retention for a certain period of time as stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Company’s Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. 2. The information of a member whose membership has been suspended will be retained for one year after suspension of membership to prevent unauthorized use of the service and to prevent further damage to other members, and the member may be restricted from using the Company’s services during this period.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Article 9 (Company Duties)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2460 The Company shall not partake in any activities that are prohibited by this Agreement or any relevant laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2461 The Company shall use its efforts to provide continuous and stabilized services.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2462 Should a User\u2019s opinion or complaint be deemed justified, the Company shall promptly process relevant requests without delay. However, if processing is impossible, the Company is obliged to inform the User of the reason and provide an expected resolution schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 10 (User Notification)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    The Company may provide Users with notifications via the email address provided by the User at the time of registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 11 (Protection of Personal Information)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2460 The Company collects the minimum required amount of personal information through legal and fair means for purposes of establishing and implementing this Agreement. Should a Registered Customer close his\/her account or withdraw consent to the Privacy Policy, the Company shall destroy the Registered Customer\u2019s personal information without delay. However, following relevant laws or the User\u2019s separate consent, the Company may retain some or all of the User\u2019s information.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2461 To provide better services, the Company may request additional information regarding the User\u2019s interests and purchases. In such case, the User\u2019s consent shall be obtained in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2462 For more details on the Company\u2019s personal information policies, please refer to the \u201cPrivacy Policy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 12 (Provision of Information)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    The Company may, via email or other methods, provide Registered Customers with various information deemed important. Registered Customers can refuse to receive the Company\u2019s emails at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 13 (Intellectual Property Rights)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2460 All intellectual property rights in regards to Services belong to the Company.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2461 Users may not, without prior permission from the Company, duplicate, transmit, publish, distribute, or broadcast information obtained during use of Services for commercial purposes, nor may they allow a third party to do so.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Article 14 (Establishment of Purchase Contract)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2460 Users who wish to make a purchase on Kuber Science Online Mall may submit a request in the following (or similar) order. The Company is obliged to disclose the following information to Users in a manner that is easy to understand.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Search and select good(s) to purchase<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Enter recipient\u2019s name, address, phone number, email address (or mobile phone number), etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Confirm contents of Agreement, information on restricted services, liabilities for shipping fees, installation fees, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Indicate your consent or refusal to this Agreement (e.g. via mouse click)<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. Agree to confirmations regarding purchase of Goods, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

    6. Select payment method<\/span><\/p>\n

    7. Other procedures determined by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2461 In the event that the Company provides or entrusts a User\u2019s personal information to a third party, the Company is required to obtain the User\u2019s consent. This consent is not implied in advance at the time of registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u2462 The Company reserves the right to decline a purchase request for reasons indicated in the following clauses. For minors who wish to establish contract without the consent of a legal guardian, the Company shall inform that User or legal guardian may terminate the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. 1. The purchase request includes falsified, missing, or incorrect information.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. 2. Approving the request may result in significant technological obstructions to the Company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u2463 The contract shall be binding once the notification of approval reaches the Registered Customer. The notification of approval must include the confirmation and sales availability of the relevant purchase request, as well as information on modification and cancellations to purchase request.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 15 (Payment Method)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      Users can make payments for goods or services purchased at Kuber Science Online Mall using the payment methods indicated in the following clauses. The Company may not, for any reason, charge additional fees in regards to a User\u2019s payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Credit card payment<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. Payment with electronic currencies<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Other electronic forms of payment<\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 16 (User Notification and Modification\/Cancellation of Order)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 The Company is obliged to provide a notification of confirmation in the event of a purchase request made by a User.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 Upon receiving notification, the User may immediately request to modify or cancel the purchase request in case of change of mind. For requests made before shipment, the Company is obliged to promptly process such requests without delay. In the event that payment has already been made, the terms regarding Right to Cancel shall take precedence.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 17 (Provision of Goods, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 Unless specific terms are stipulated regarding the provision period of Goods, etc., the Company shall take appropriate measures such as customized production, packaging, etc., to ship the User\u2019s item within 7 days of contract establishment. However, if the payment has already been made in full or in part, the Company shall take appropriate measures within 3 business days of payment. If a separate agreement exists between the Company and User, the relevant agreement shall take precedence. In such case, the Company is obliged to take measures to provide the User with information on provision procedures and progress.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 The Company shall disclose the shipping method for delivery of Goods purchased by Users, shipping cost responsibilities per method, and shipping time per method, etc. for purchases made by the User. In the event that the Company exceeds the agreed shipping time, the Company is held liable for damages incurred from the delay. However, the Company is not held liable in the event that the Company provides evidence of no intention or negligence.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 18 (International Shipping Services)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 The Company provides international shipping services for goods with a sales contract through an international shipping network in which the Company has a business relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 If the User wishes to change delivery information (delivery address and contact information, etc.), the User can change the information directly only if the order status is \u2018Payment completed\u2019. However, after the order status is \u2018Preparing Shipment\u2019, delivery information can only be changed through the CS center, and CS response may not be possible due to time difference. On the other hand, changes to delivery information may be restricted for certain payment methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2462 Customs duties and taxes that are levied by the destination country as a result of international shipping are the recipient\u2019s responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2463 International shipments are processed at customs upon arrival in the destination country, and Users acknowledge that this may result in a delay in expected delivery date.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2464 Once the reason for return is approved by the Company (once evidence of defect, etc. is submitted), the User must contact the international shipping customer service center, return the product though a local overseas shipping courier, and provide documentation to the Company proving the return shipping costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2465 Should the shipment be refused by the recipient, the User is responsible for initial shipping fees, as well as all other costs incurred during return shipment. Such costs will be deducted from the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 19 (Refunds, Returns, Exchanges)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 In the event that the Company is not able to provide Goods, etc. purchased by the User due to reasons such as insufficient stock, the Company shall promptly inform the User and issue a refund or take appropriate measures for refund within 3 business days of payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461The User can directly cancel the order (purchase contract) through a cancellation request only in the order status \u2018Payment completed\u2019. However, even if it is marked as \u2018Payment completed\u2019 on the homepage, the Company may reject or withhold the User’s request for cancellation if delivery has actually started or there are special circumstances such as order production has been scheduled or created. In this case, related matters will be separately notified to the User (including notice through the site).<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2462Since it is considered that international shipping has begun from the order status after “Preparing Shipment”, the order(purchase contract) can not be canceled, returned or exchanged. However, it may be possible if the Company approves the User’s request for return or exchange after the international shipping is completed.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2463Pursuant to the previous clause, when the User wishes to obtain approval for a return from the Company, objective evidence must be sent to the Company to prove the reason for the return, such as primitive defects in the product. Once defects are proved, the Company will take responsibility for all shipping costs incurred in the relevant return and reshipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2464Even after completion of the order, if the delivery information is insufficient or it is considered that normal transaction is not possible, the order(purchase contract) may be canceled at the discretion of the Company. In this case, the Company refunds the payment or takes required procedures for the refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2465In the case of partial cancellation or return of the order, the refund may be slightly different from the original payment due to changes in the conditions of the discount policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/span>Article 20 (Right to Terminate)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 A User who has
      \nestablished a purchase contact for Goods, etc. with the Company may request to
      \ncancel the order within 7 days of the effective date of contract (if the Goods,
      \netc. are provided later than the effective date, the date of delivery or the date
      \nof the start of delivery is taken into account). However, if the terms for
      \ncancellation are stated differently in the Act on the Consumer Protection in
      \nElectronic Commerce, etc., the relevant regulations are to be followed. If the
      \nCompany has set a different cancellation period and has notified the User in
      \nadvance, the User may cancel the order within the period determined by the
      \nCompany.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 The User may
      \nnot request a return or exchange for items that fall under any of the following
      \nclauses.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      1. The item is
      \ndestroyed or damaged due to reasons for which the User is held responsible
      \n(with the exception of packaging being damaged in order to inspect the contents
      \nof goods).<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      2. The value of
      \nthe item is significantly decreased due to full or partial consumption by the
      \nUser.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      3. The value of
      \nthe item is significantly decreased due to passage of time and is deemed
      \nunsuitable for resale.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      4. An item that
      \ncan be reproduced into an item of the same quality, of which the original item
      \npackaging is damaged.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Services or
      \ndigital contents stipulated under Article 2, Section 5 of the Framework Act on
      \nthe Promotion of Culture Industries (with the exception of divisible services
      \nor divisible digital contents not stipulated).<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      6. The Company
      \nhas notified the User of restrictions to cancellation in advance due to
      \nforeseeable and irrevocable damages that may occur from cancellation, and has
      \nobtained consent.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2462 Regarding
      \nClauses 2 and 4 of the foregoing section, in the event that the Company has not
      \nclearly notified the restrictions to cancellation or taken appropriate measures
      \nsuch as providing product of usage, restrictions do not take effect.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2463
      \nNotwithstanding Sections 1 and 2, in the event that the received Goods etc.,
      \ndiffer from what is indicated or advertised, or the purchase contract is not
      \nexecuted accordingly, the User may cancel the order within 3 months of delivery
      \nand within 30 days of discovery or potential discovery date.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 21 (Effects of Termination)<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 For returned
      \ngoods, the Company is obliged to take appropriate measures in issuing a refund
      \nwithin 3 business days of return receipt. In the event that the refund is
      \ndelayed, the Company is obliged to pay a delay interest rate in accordance to
      \nArticle 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in
      \nElectronic Commerce, etc.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 Regarding
      \nrefunds, in the event that the User has made payment with credit card or other
      \nmethods determined by law, the Company shall promptly contact the processor of
      \nthe relevant payment method to request the suspension or cancellation of
      \nbilling.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2462 For cancelled
      \norders, the User is responsible for fees incurred for returning an item. The
      \nCompany shall not claim damages or penalty charges for cancellation of order.
      \nHowever, in the event that the received Goods etc., differ from what is
      \nindicated or advertised, or the purchase contract is not executed accordingly,
      \nthe Company is responsible for all return costs.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2463 In the event
      \nthat the item has already been partially used or consumed, the Company may,
      \nwithin legal boundaries, claim from the User the profits obtained from use or
      \nthe costs incurred in providing the item.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2465 In the event
      \nthat the User has paid shipping fees at the time of initial delivery, the
      \nCompany shall clearly indicate who is responsible for the costs in case of
      \ncancellation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 22 (Damages)<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      For any damages resulting from either party
      \nviolating this Agreement or relevant laws, the party responsible is obliged to
      \nindemnify the damaged party.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 23 (Exemption of Liability)<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 The Company
      \nshall not be held liable for damages for which the User is responsible.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 In regards to
      \ninformation, data, or facts posted by a User or third party, the Company does
      \nnot guarantee and is not responsible for the completeness, safety,
      \nappropriateness, legitimateness (no violation of third party right) of such
      \ninformation and intentions of the User or third parties to transact.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2462 The Company is
      \nnot responsible for damages that arise from the inability to provide Services
      \ndue to force majeure such as natural disasters.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2463 If the Company
      \nprovides Services in partnership with an affiliate website, the Company is not
      \nheld liable for any damages that arise from the services provided by the
      \naffiliate website.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 24 (Applicable Laws and
      \nJurisdiction for Disputes)<\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2460 This Agreement
      \nand Services shall be governed, construed and performed by the laws of the
      \nRepublic of Korea.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2461 Both the
      \nCompany and User are obliged to make every effort in amicably settling disputes
      \nthat arise in regards to Services.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      \u2462 Any dispute
      \narising between Company and User arising out of or in connection with the
      \nAgreement or Services, shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set
      \nout in the Civil Procedure Act of Republic of Korea.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      Attachment<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      Article 1 (Effective Date)<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      1. This
      \nAgreement takes effect from August 20th, 2025.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

      2. As a rule,
      \nmembers who have already joined before the enforcement of these Terms and
      \nConditions shall apply. However, if you continue to use the service under these
      \nTerms after the effective date of the changed Terms as announced, you agree to
      \nthe Terms after the Change.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
